The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Tuesday stayed a Rs 169 crore penalty imposed on Oravel Stays Ltd by the competition commission of India (CCI). The export price before the imposition of the duty stood at around $320 per tonne free on board (approximately Rs 2,650 per quintal).
